Mushroom Bacon Bites
Prep: 15 min
Yields: 24 servings
What you need:
24 medium fresh mushrooms
12 OSCAR MAYER bacon strips, halved
1 cup BULLS-EYE BBQ sauce
Make It:
Wrap each mushroom with a piece of bacon;secure with a toothpick. Thread onto a metal or soaked bamboo skewers; brush with BBQ sauce.
Grill, uncovered, over indirect medium heat for 10 - 15 minutes or until the bacon is crisp and the mushrooms are tender. Turn and baste occasionally with remaining BBQ sauce.
