Best Bruschetta Ever

Yields: 12 servings
What you need:
2 tomatoes, cubed
1 tsp dried basil
4 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp BORGES olive oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
seasoning salt to taste
MC CORMICK ground black pepper to taste
Make It:
In a medium bowl, mix tomatoes, dried basil, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, garlic, seasoning salt and ground black pepper. Cover and chill in the refrigerator before serving.
Serve with bread or crackers.
Note: Add chopped red onion and prosciutto to Bruschetta to give it extra flavor.
